For passenger flights we will make sure

• sufficient check in desk allocation
• full supervision of check in and passenger transit through customs and immigration
• monitoring efficient disembarkation and boarding of passengers and loading/unloading of baggage
• ensuring all services airside (fuel, catering,cleaning etc.) required for turnaround are on site upon aircraft arrival and ready to act immediately
• liase with crews for any special requirements

For cargo flights we will make sure

• cargo is loaded/offloaded with all correct accompanying documentation required
• assist with clearing customs/local authorites where required
• make sure all suitable loading equipment is provided and on site airside and at the time required

For VIP charter flights we will make sure

• suitable parking stands and tarmac access are available for the aircraft
• arrange clearance for all vehicles to drive airside
• assist with quick and efficient customs and immigration clearance
• any other request from either passengers or crew will be accomodated to the best of our abilitiy
